How long are counseling sessions?
Counseling sessions vary in length depending on individual goals.
One-on-one sessions typically last between 15 and 60 minutes.
To support sustainable progress and improvement, tracking tools may be used and monitored for a period ranging from 2 weeks to 12 months.
